My own therapeutic journey began in college with a wonderful therapist who inspired me to pursue a career in mental health. I then chose to specialize in OCD because of the lack of understanding and effective treatment. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD.
Our deep understanding of OCD's nuances allows us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have intensive training in ERP therapy, the gold standard for OCD treatment, which helps individuals regain control of their lives.
