I enjoy helping people overcome the sexual and emotional hurdles that hold them back -- sex addiction, porn/fantasy addiction, infidelity/betrayal, body image issues, sexual abuse, spiritual guilt, low self-esteem, lack of sexual confidence, family of origin issues, trust issues, etc. I believe EVERYONE deserves to be a sexually connected, sexually satisfied partner. Healthy sexual relationships can heal a multitude of wounds and bond a couple together in an incredibly synergistic way if they are both willing to do the work to overcome their own fears, anxieties, hurts, and hang-ups.
I'm the author of 22 books about healthy sexuality and spirituality, including the million-copy best-selling Every Woman's Battle series, The Sexually Confident Wife, The Fantasy Fallacy, and The Passion Principles. I work with teens, singles, married women and men, and couples about sexual/relational issues.
I also lead 4-day Intensives (in Springfield, MO) called Women at the Well Workshops, where 8-10 women gather anonymously to unpack sexual and emotional baggage in an incredibly safe, supportive environment, with the goal of discovering WHY they are acting out OR shutting down sexually/emotionally. My husband and I also lead Couples at the Well Workshops.

Women at the Well 4-day Intensive Workshops
4-day Intensive Workshops for 8-10 women (ages 18+) who are ready to unpack their sexual and emotional baggage in a safe, supportive environment in order to discover the root causes of WHY they are either acting out OR shutting down sexually/emotionally. The goal is for each participant to overcome ANY hurdle holding them back from having the healthiest relationships possible, and to become the sexually confident women that they deserve to be!
