About
You're considering therapy. It is a complex, courageous and oftentimes difficult decision, but sometimes we just know that it's time to try something new. I believe that therapy helps individuals and families address challenges that keep us from our full potential. Whether you are suffering from anxiety or depression, relationship issues or isolation, financial preoccupations or a desire for a new career, you know it is time to work to make things better. I am a psychologist providing flexible, relational therapy to help you to address a range of issues. My style is warm, compassionate, and down to earth.
I value reflection, collaboration, intellect and humor as encouraging, healing and crucial to our work together. I successfully help adults, children and adolescents with challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, fears, loss, grief and relationship issues. In addition, I bring thirty years of professional experience to aid in career, financial and life transitions.
I also specialize in work with non-traditional families: blended/step parent families, LGBTQ-parent families, single parent families and families going through separation or divorce. I provide psychotherapy for parents and children, and assistance with challenging parenting and relationship dynamics. For more information please visit http://www.drshannondubach.com/ .
