Clients come to therapy for a variety of reasons - relational concerns, work struggles, identity confusion, to name a few. My desire is to help clients with whatever concern they are targeting, while also helping them learn, devise, and execute ways to manage their stressors so that they feel comfortable and safe moving forward. My number one goal for all my clients is that they leave therapy better equipped to deal with the ups and downs of life.

I specialize in working with anxiety, relational issues (peer, romantic, career), and trauma. I work with young professionals, parents and children who are experiencing familial discord, and couples who would like to explore their bond. I also specialize in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, an evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy for children under age 6.

Starting therapy is tough - it is difficult to find someone who matches you where you are at, and with what you need. I hope that I can provide that service for you. Please do reach out for a complimentary, 15-minute telephone consultation to see if we are a good fit for one another; I am best contacted via email. Looking forward to hearing from you!
