Navigating life can be difficult at times. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I am passionate about collaborating with individuals and families to address challenges- and to find and build upon their unique strengths. I use a strengths-based approach that is person-centered because I believe people are the experts of their own lives. I also believe it’s helpful to have new tools to use, so I bring expertise in a variety of evidenced based practices and techniques.
In my over 15 years of counseling with children, adolescents, parents, and families, I have gained valuable clinical experience in the areas of neurodiversity, ADHD, anxiety, panic, depression, parenting, family conflict and trauma.
I also provide clinical supervision for PCLC and SWLC candidates with a specialty focus on clinical growth in an agency setting.
