I entered this field after witnessing a family member share about his time in Vietnam. Each person I talk to, no matter the topic, I am grateful that you are willing to share a piece of your life with me. I aim to be a safe place where you can set the weight of the world down for a moment, and catch your breath.
I have worked in emergency mental health, debriefing with grieving families after tragically losing a loved one, and been there to be an intensive case manager once someone is learning to live with new information of a diagnosis.
I offer a nonjudgmental environment to explore and understand yourself better. I have worked with all types of people. Different backgrounds, diagnosis, and beliefs. I have worked with veterans, EMTs, COs, and people who are struggling.
As a previous mental health first responder, I understand trying to keep things in a box. I am here to help you unpack.
