As much as I would love to tell you, you are one in a million the truth is we all struggle. We all go through things. We all need help sometimes. It doesn’t matter if you’re 10 or 90 or somewhere in the middle. Work is tough. Buying food is tough. Figuring out how to life is tough. We can work together and make it more manageable.
My approach includes using a mixture of techniques because nothing in life is strictly one way, which means one type of therapy isn’t going to work for each person. I am very passionate about helping people develop healthy relationships with themselves, practicing acceptance and forgiveness, and creating an internal environment that allows joy.
