I also have a special interest in supporting people healing from spiritual trauma, religious harm, and faith deconstruction. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based. I incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems (IFS) principles, and mindfulness practices—always in a way that feels accessible and grounded.
