I work with adults and adolescents who are seeking treatment for trauma, mood disorders, identity-related topics, as well as burnout and compassion fatigue. I take a culturally responsive approach to treatment as I believe all individuals deserve equitable treatment and access to care.
Trained as a generalist, I am effective in treating a wide range of mental health topics. In addition, I am formally trained to treat traumatic stress by leading treatment developers in the field. I am also credentialed with the LGBTQ+-Affirmative Psychotherapist Guild of UT.
