I believe authenticity, peace, and pleasure are all key parts of mental health! As a Sex Therapist, I'll help you work through & find relief from sex and relationship related guilt/shame, anxieties/insecurities, low libido/high libido, feeling disconnected from your partner, & more. I'll also support you in exploring/connecting with your erotic self. My ideal client also wants to explore deeper topics-their subconscious, their inner child, core beliefs such as feeling unlovable or not enough, recovering from wounding relationships, etc, and wants to walk away from therapy feeling understood, encouraged, motivated, & more at peace.
In sessions, I really enjoy providing time for venting about life since last session AND leaving time for more structured activities that are designed to explore the deeper things. These activities will help you gain a deeper understanding around what's going on behind the scenes of your mental health, and will help create understanding and self-compassion!
I know it is difficult to reach out to work through sex issues, anxieties, insecurities, and relationship difficulties- it can feel so vulnerable! If you are having hesitations, I encourage you to reach out through my website for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit, or send me an email with any questions.
