20+ years in this field has given me extensive training in a variety of areas including children/teen issues, OCD, marriage, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I mostly lean into CBT, ERP, and play for children/young teens. I have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Therapy and love using this training with couples.
