I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship issues, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I utilize an eclectic, compassionate approach, with a strong focus on holistic, somatic, strengths-based therapy modalities. As a breast cancer survivor, I understand and empathize with other women who have experienced breast cancer. I own and operate Adirondack Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, LCSW, where my colleagues and I offer both in-person and remote therapy options to adults and children.
