You feel out of control more often than you'd like to admit. On the outside you might seem fine, but internally you’re frozen, panicked, or overwhelmed. Resorting to people pleasing, perfectionism, or just avoiding it all makes things feel okay again, but it doesn’t last, and you can’t help but brace yourself for the next shoe to drop. You wonder, what is wrong with me? Am I always going to be like this?
You want to feel more in control of your feelings. You want to feel like you can trust yourself and have good relationships. You want to actually believe that you're good enough. I'm here to help. I provide EMDR therapy to help you get unstuck from the pain of relationship trauma and C-PTSD so you can unpack your past, cope with triggers, and find peace.
I understand the challenge of getting started and opening up to someone new. Video telehealth provides more ease and convenience to therapy from the comfort of your own space. Schedule an appointment online using my website, or email me for a free 15-minute phone consultation.
