I am a couples therapist who supports couples, families, and partners to 1) identify the negative cycle that is causing conflict and friction, 2) learn skills to de-escalate in collaboration, 3) stabilize the relationship through nervous system co-regulation, and 4) strengthen the bond between you for long-term sustainability and care. With a background of 15+ years teaching meditation and yoga, I weave mindfulness & embodied awareness into sessions to support couples to slow down so they can notice and feel the signals of internal bodily wisdom, which can support them to decrease reactivity, increase empathy, and foster insight.

My background and training is in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which supports couples and individuals to address their deeper, underlying attachment-related needs and desires, which often drive conflict and suffering—and are rooted in past relational hurt from younger years. I combine humor, play, breath, and mindfulness to support inter-relational growth.

It takes two to tango in relationships; no single person is solely responsible for getting tied up in a knot. When we inevitably experience rupture in relationship, we can learn the art of repair.
