I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a psychotherapy practice for individual adults. You may be seeking ways to cope more effectively with life transitions, relationship difficulties, and with challenging situations. A major part of this process is learning as much as possible about yourself and about the challenge you are facing. Another part is increasing your resilience in dealing with life's uncertainties. You may have acquired thoughts or behaviors over the years that worked well in the past, but are now interfering with your ability to reach your full potential.

I provide a safe place for you to engage in creative problem-solving, learn practical skills to use every day, and broaden your perspective on challenges and traumatic events. I may use a combination of cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and educational approaches to help you reach your goals.

I would be honored to be a part of your healing journey. We can work collaboratively toward your goals in a way that strengthens your grit and resilience, as these traits are strong predictors of success in an unpredictable world. Results can include a greater sense of personal integrity, and maximizing authenticity in your relationships.
