In an individually tailored approach, your first session will go in depth to understand your identity and values, to cultivate strengths based solutions that best serve you. Creating a safe environment and therapeutic alliance free of judgment is my priority. Utilizing clinically informed approaches such as attachment theory, internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness offers you an approach that naturally fits you for sustainable success.
