Inclusive Clay Therapy Group
Using Clay grounds us-sometimes making it easier to communicate, help us explore potential, allow space to process, and bring calm to our body and mind. I have extensive experience with the neurodivergent community. This includes individuals with ID/DD, ASD, ADHD etc. This group is geared towards those with ID/DD and/or ASD who are able to: communicate verbally, be left unsupervised for short periods of time, can attend as an individual (I.e. does not need staff or a caregiver to attend with them) Sign-up ahead on the website or reach out here for more info.

Adult Clay Therapy Group
This therapeutic clay group offers a gentle, grounding space to slow down, reconnect with your body and mind, and tend to your inner world while working with clay. The tactile experience can help calm the nervous system, create space for reflection, and support emotional processing—no art experience required. Read more, Sign-up, or reach out on the website.
