I enjoy working with clients to assist them in seeing themselves beyond societal preconceptions and developing a deeper awareness of themselves. I welcome diversity and self expression. I specialize in gender, sexuality, and substance use treatment and utilize approaches based in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
Everyone is entitled to a feeling of acceptance and every individual deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their skin. It is my belief that becoming comfortable with yourself is an essential process in order to interact comfortably and confidently within the world and I want to help you get there.
