About
Are you tired of pretending that you're doing better than you actually are? Does it feel like you're stuck overthinking everything? That's exhausting. If you are ready for change, I am committed to supporting teens and adults who struggle with understanding themselves, feel disconnected, overwhelmed, and confused.
My clients learn about themselves through: expressive arts, meditation, and movement. I now offer Brainspotting, a neuroexperiential therapy technique which helps clients access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical parts of the brain.
I am also a trauma-sensitive 500- hour yoga teacher. I identify as an intersectional feminist, striving to meet my clients with humor, humility, and clinical knowledge.
