Are you seeking growth in your life? I can help you recognize and appreciate the uniqueness of your personality and support you in exploring new ways to develop your personal and relational potential. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults in individual and couples therapy who are dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, intimacy issues, and aspects of human sexuality, including LGBTQ+. I work to provide an affirming, emotionally comfortable space to encourage the personal growth through our trusting relationship that you are seeking. I will help you on the path to discovering your whole self.

I am able to provide a specialty in sexuality issues from "womb to tomb," as sexuality encompasses our whole lives. I have worked with LGBTQ+ folks, walked through the gender-affirming process for those who identify as trans, intimacy issues, and helping heal those who have experienced sexual trauma.

My approaches to therapy come from a wide range of training, such as creative therapy, narrative techniques, and cognitive techniques. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also able to provide telemental health services through compliant online platforms.
