I bring over 18 years of experience as a clinician, with expertise in the areas of research, child welfare, juvenile justice, domestic and international school systems, and private practice therapy and assessment. I specialize in overcontrolled personality challenges including anxiety, autism, learning difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges. I also have a therapy DOG with me many days.
As a practice owner and seasoned therapist, iI have extensive experience working with children, ages 4-18, and their families. I have counseled many youth and parents with overcontrolled disorders (anxiety, OCD, ASD) through family-focused therapy, utilizing a collaborative problem solving approach and techniques from PCIT, SPACE, ERP, CBT, and RO-DBT.
