About
Life is full of challenges that bring both joy and pain. There are times when painful experiences such as loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, transitions, relationships and more can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed, and even hopeless. When we experience such difficulties, it is necessary to reach out and connect with others who can help us feel heard, empathize with our pain, and help us learn and grow. If you are needing this kind of connection, I can help you discover your inner strength and build resilience for coping with such difficulties.
I seek to create an environment of trust and validation, and most importantly, hope. My therapeutic approach is based on individualized needs and goals. I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT, Mind Body Bridging and more to find the best interventions that meet your specific needs. I have experience working with a variety of ages including children, teenagers and adults.
Seeking therapy can be confusing and scary! By making the decision to seek help from a professional, you are taking an important step on the path of self-discovery, healing, and healthier living. I would love to walk this path with you!
