I utilize a trauma-informed, person-centered, holistic approach to counseling. I incorporate DBT, CBT, EXRP, & EMDR, however my specialty is EAP (equine-assisted psychotherapy). Through experiential exercises with horses, my clients discover powerful metaphors and find creative solutions to their own problems, resulting in empowerment!
