I'm not a traditional therapist. I am genderfluid, poly, pan, kinky, AuDHD, anti-racist, bipolar, spiritual, and more. I use my experiences to compassionately help you. I'll meet you where you're at and collaborate with you to make each session valuable. I enjoy talking about things that most people don't understand. I do what I can to provide some immediate relief, a safe space to talk, and work that's at your pace. I believe that you are an expert on your own experiences and I am a professional who understands diverse ways of life and can provide perspective. I get results by listening to what your experiences are and what you want out of therapy. I want to help you build skills to move forward the way YOU want. I use my experiences and my ears to help me understand you. I make my biases clear whenever our values diverge. Special Interest in: autism, kink, queer/LGBT+, non-monogamous/polyamorous, gender non-conforming, trauma, romantic relationships.
