I get results by listening to what your experiences are and what you want out of therapy. I don't want you in therapy for 10 years, I want to help you build skills to move forward the way YOU want. I use my experiences to help me understand you and make my biases clear whenever our values diverge. I'm not the right therapist for everyone.
Special Interest in: autism, kink, queer/LGBT+, non-monogamous/polyamorous, gender non-conforming, trauma, romantic relationships. The theories and therapeutic approaches I utilize the most are Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
