I am passionate about aiding others in reaching their personal goals and empowering clients to tap into their full potential. I work with adults navigating early and mid-adulthood and can assist with self-doubt, lack of confidence, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use struggles, pregnancy & postpartum stressors, parenting, perfectionism, life transitions and more.

My therapeutic approach is dynamic and tailored to the needs of each individual. I enjoy using creative and experiential techniques to help clients uncover the deeper roots of their struggles, whether related to anxiety, burnout, self‑esteem, relationship patterns, career stress, or the pressure to “have it all figured out.”
