My name is Shanithia Kendrick and I am a LPC in the state of GA. I specialize in working with women of faith who struggle with the issues of life. My practice is unique because I combine faith, womanhood, and therapy to facilitate healthy conversation that provokes healing. I am passionate about this work because I believe that faith and therapy coexist together.
I help by using a Christ centered and person centered approach to address issues and how to safely process them while growing your faith towards God. In our first few sessions, you can expect compassion, a safe place to land, and a sense of warmth and ease.
I understand that religion can be a difficult and even traumatizing lens to view trauma, hurt, and pain. Often times intent is held in higher regard than impact.
