Hi! My name is Dr. Thomas, and I am so glad you are here. I work with adults, families, and children (age 4-17+), focusing on emotional regulation, confidence building, life transitions, and behavior concerns in children and teens. I am passionate about helping young people build self-esteem and emotional regulation skills, while also helping adults process past and present challenging experiences and grow into healthier, more empowered versions of themselves. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and able to show up as your full, authentic self.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. I focus on creating a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while we explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. I believe in meeting you where you are, building on your existing strengths, and working together to develop practical tools.
