I am a firm believer that healing and transformation within an individual can ignite subsequent change within the family unit and larger community. I aspire to serve as an agent of change for those seeking to reconnect with their authentic self, faith/core beliefs, and primary relationships by addressing persisting challenges that may have been overshadowed by symptoms of these root issues. During the 9+ years as a therapist, I have used a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to care for individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan with attentiveness to unique ethnocultural factors that enhance the quality and individualization of care. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. Couples therapy may include premarital counseling.
