Combining warmth and compassion with practical tools and strategies, I help you gain skills and insight to reach a more balanced and positive place. Together we will look at your thought processes to understand where you get "stuck" and cultivate a plan that will work for you.
I work with individuals, couples, and teens. I have worked in inpatient treatment facilities dealing with addiction and eating disorders as well as community mental health services. I am certified in EMDR and have extensive training working with trauma. I also offer preparation and integration services for therapeutic psychedelic journeys.
