About
I work with men and women to address a wide range of concerns. I collaborate with clients to explore patterns and emotional pain, while helping to make meaning of their feelings and experiences, to result in self-awareness and healing. The counseling process allows one to identify core issues and develop more effective coping skills to result in meaningful change.
I rely on a respectful, practical approach which emphasizes the uniqueness and world view of each person. My practice is informed by humanistic, psychodynamic and existential traditions. I am proficient in a range of evidenced-based treatment modalities and I draw on multiple theoretical models, according to a person’s needs.
If you feel moved to connect, I hope that you do. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. The best way to reach me is through email.
