The Mindful Art Experience
Feeling stressed, worried, or down? Come and get "a release" through the practice of painting. We will paint with a mindful stance, achieving creativity and mental freedom for an hour. Specific meeting details will be sent to all who register (including Eventbrite). Items to bring: paper, studio paint brushes & acrylic paints (colors of your choice). Sold at Dollar Tree.
