I am passionate about guiding clients toward deeper connections and personal healing. My practice centers around using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples. In addition to my work with couples, I use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful modality for individuals seeking to process and overcome trauma. I am committed to helping my clients move through their pain and limiting beliefs, empowering them to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being.
