Are you struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or just feeling like life is too overwhelming to manage on your own? Therapy offers a safe space to explore what’s working, gently shift what isn’t, and discover new ways forward. I’m passionate about supporting people who feel like they’ve had to carry too much alone. I work primarily with adults (and adolescents on a case-by-case basis) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors.
I also have a strong commitment to providing affirming care for individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both NM and CO with 14 years of experience in the field. My approach is relational and somatic-based. Together, we’ll pay attention to your nervous system and how reconnecting with your body can be healing.
