I have worked in the field for 16 years. In addition to my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology I have also obtained an Advanced Trauma Treatment Certificate. My clinical area of expertise is trauma, abuse (ie. physical, sexual, emotional, mental), depression, and anxiety related disorders.
My goal as a clinician is to meet the individualized needs of my clients and tailor my treatment accordingly. My approach is eclectic as I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities that include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT), Internal Family Systems(IFS), and Psychodynamic.
