Coming into my office, the purpose is to find a sense of healing and personal growth in areas you may be struggling with in your life.
In 2020, I graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and an emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling. Additionally, I obtained a National Certified Counselor credential, which is the highest prestige a counselor can achieve. I am fully licensed in the state of Missouri.
I practice several different modalities but utilize emotion-focused and trauma-based therapies the most. Once an individual understands their emotions, they experience a sense of freedom instead of feeling trapped in emotional turmoil. We reframe devastating events as we walk through your journey.
