I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and trained psychoanalytic therapist. My approach is trauma informed, attachment based, and relational at its core. I received my MSW from St. Catherine University/University of St. Thomas, and completed psychoanalytic training at the Minnesota Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis.
