I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in behavioral health and five years in professional counseling. With a focus on trauma and identity development, I specialize in working with adult individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) who have experienced trauma and are seeking to reclaim their identity, live authentically, and discover meaning and purpose in life.
I also work with refugees, migrant populations, returning citizens, and formerly incarcerated individuals. As I often say, “There are no shortcuts in the journey toward growth.”
