I founded Conscious Therapy Denver to help people find resilience in the face of life's challenges. From working with the homeless to providing crisis intervention and trauma therapy, my journey in mental health care has been driven by a commitment to healing. Everyone has untapped potential and areas for growth. My approach involves fostering self-awareness and helping you challenge old beliefs and embrace new, healthier perspectives through a blend of psychoeducation and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I offer a compassionate approach to individual therapy, focusing on adults dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, and grief and loss. With a master’s degree from Naropa University and over eight years of experience in crisis intervention and trauma work, I blend traditional and innovative therapies to encourage deep healing and personal growth.
