Hello. Most of my clients are dealing with issues related to stress, anxiety, identity, relationships, and/or life transitions. I work from an interpersonal perspective, assisting clients to identify their challenges and to work towards their goals. I utilize talk compassion-focused, relational therapy, mindfulness, and stress management counseling. I provide my clients both support and supportive challenge, to assist with growth and change.
My specialty areas include emotional issues associated with stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, identity and life transitions, as well as working with individuals who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and transgender.
