Oftentimes, people know when they are struggling with different emotions, however, they are uncertain of how to address their emotions. I have been most successful with clients that are experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I have also been very successful with helping clients treat addiction issues and moving forward with their lives after addiction.
My specialties include both substance abuse therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis. I excel in the ability to meet clients where they are and help them to grow and overcome barriers in their lives.
I truly understand what it is like to experience trauma, both self-inflicted and by the actions of others, and I want to help those that have experienced these things process occurrences in their past and be able to move on with their lives.
