Hello, it's nice to meet you! When a client meets with me, they will find me nonjudgmental, kind, and gentle. I like to meet people where they are at and use their strengths to help them move forward toward healing. I am certified in Clinical Trauma, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, and Clinical Telemental Health and will use what I have learned to tailor therapy to fit each individual client.
This is a partnership so I will never force a client to discuss something that they don’t want to. Instead, by creating a safe place to step outside of their comfort zones I help them to confront their difficulties with my support.
