About
I believe that therapy should be a safe and transforming atmosphere that just flows comfortably. I love helping individuals find their voice, set healthy boundaries and identify coping techniques to increase their self-worth/self-esteem. I work to empower clients in an individual or group setting to enhance and improve their overall well-being by customizing therapy to their specific needs. I do not believe therapy should be a “one-size-fits-all approach.” Every one processes differently, and it's important to acknowledge that and provide care accordingly.
I view therapy through a lens of storytelling to help clients feel control within their stories that they share, and realize their diagnosis is only one part of the story. I meet clients where they are and help normalize their feelings in a laid-back setting so that trust and comfort is built. Ultimately, I want our time shared to feel safe and helpful!
I enjoy connecting with people and forming therapeutic relationships that help my clients feel supported, validated and heard. Throughout the therapy process, I believe in exploring and honoring all our parts & patterns that carried us to this point in our lives, without shame or judgment. If this resonates, I'm happy to connect, please email or leave a VM!
