Using a holistic and somatic Attachment-based approach, I help people who are feeling anxious and overwhelmed experience relief. Are you so worried about how you’re living your life that you’re not living it? Motivated to be your true self, but are not sure who that is or how to get there? I work with sensitive systems that are seeking balance, relational healing, and a sense of identity. Together, we can slow down to begin moving through the anxiety and start placing yourself within your own story. Therapy with me is a gentle and collaborative process that nurtures unseen parts in order to release your creative energy.
Unresolved stress and trauma can reverberate into all areas of life and show up in unexpected forms like excessive worry, relationship problems, and pain syndromes. Rather than overriding your system, we gently access parts and clear body-based underpinnings of stress and trauma. I am also available for short-term integration work.
