My approach is holistic and evidence-based. I utilize EMDR, the Flash Technique, and Trauma-Informed Stabilization & Treatment (TIST) to help clients process trauma safely. Because of my nursing background, I deeply understand the mind-body connection. We will work together to create a roadmap that honors your unique path toward healing and stability.
