I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, while also feeling supported to grow in meaningful ways. I have experience working with individuals navigating trauma, substance use, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns that no longer feel aligned with who they want to be. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. My approach is collaborative, open-minded, and grounded in both compassion and honesty.
I integrate evidence-based practices to help you build practical tools while also exploring the deeper roots of your experiences.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve led treatment programs in both residential and outpatient settings, which has strengthened my ability to support clients with complex needs and a wide range of experiences.
