As a psychotherapist helping people cope with various obstacles in life, I have come to believe we all have the potential to be successful and possess the tools we need to achieve our goals. The pace and direction will be up to you. I will help you think about your life issues and concerns differently and together we will develop strategies to handle them more effectively. During our time together, I will work with you to help you identify your core issues, coping skills, and future goals for your life. I have experience working with first responders, veterans, and those on active duty on transitions and finding solutions. For years, I have worked with individuals to work on changes due to addiction of various types.
I strive to be open, compassionate, and honest. My style is warm and active and although I’m direct, I’ve been told I’m easy to talk to.
