I deeply value working within an anti-oppression based framework. In addition to working with clients who identify as TGNC and/or queer, I specialize in working with folks who struggle with anxiety, OCD and depression. I use a collaborative, individualized approach that honors you and your unique goals.
I’m a queer, transgender, New York based therapist offering individual counseling via Telehealth in NY and MA. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with clients using trauma informed somatic and evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Parts Work, and MI (Motivational Interviewing).
The underlying value that guides my work is that each human has inherent worth and is valuable. I believe that we all have the inner wisdom we need to heal and the capacity to make changes in our lives.
