Life is like climbing a series of mountains, often times there are hardships as we continue to stumble up the summit. I’m here to help you navigate life’s highs and lows and the experiences in between. Sometimes we seek help because our breathing is labored and we are struggling to reach a better place, other times we seek out a therapist because we just want someone to talk to and someone to listen and witness our stories.
Your past plays out in the present, but you are not what happened to you. I like to take a narrative lens in therapy, as I believe we are all inherent storytellers. I focus on taking a strengths-based and person centered approach to therapy. I meet you where you’re at and honor your pace.
I work with adults and seniors. I specialize in OCD, and I'm trained in both ERP and I-CBT for OCD. I have a background in grief and loss. I’m here to acknowledge your grief whatever the source.
