My name is Shana and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in practice for over 20 years. I have experience as an executive, foster parent/adoption and children/teens/college issues. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, OCD, adoption/foster parenting, infidelity, and co-parenting. I love to see change in my clients. I do not want you to be stuck with your mental health issues forever. I want you to overcome! I am a Christian counselor but do work with people of different beliefs.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR. I love working with young adults who are transitioning into college or into the workforce. I can do premarital and marital counseling. I can see children who are able to do online counseling. I specialize in trauma. I am a life coach also.

I offer Telehealth for clients throughout Texas. Please schedule an appointment with me online. I would love to get to know you and determine if we are a good fit. The only things I am not comfortable in working with are court cases or high conflict divorces/children who cases are going to court.
