Groups
Single Women's Process Groups
I run 4 women's process groups serving two age groups and online and in-person preferences. All groups are open to single, straight women (never married or divorced) who are navigating singleness, dating, and changing dynamics between men and women. We focus on grieving disappointments, losses, and trauma incurred from relationships with men; support and accountability in current relationships and dating; and shifting identity to decenter men and unlearn self-abandoning habits. This is a great alternative to 1:1 therapy for those with limited budget.
